Service Charges
Rental Services
Our coordinator can arrange upscale rentals of China, Silver,
Glassware, Tents, Wedding Accessories and practically
anything.  A 15% service fee will be included in your catering
estimate. Rental is on individual party requirements.
In the event of missing or broken articles a replacement fee
will be charged to your final bill.

Staffing Services
The professional chefs and wait staff is what
makes Tarpy’s catering so wonderful.  The teamwork, high
spirits and unequaled attention to detail
and cleanliness are unsurpassed.  The number of your
guests, style of service and the amount of cooking required
determines staffing.  Staffing is also designed to
fit your budget.  We have a three-hour minimum staff
charge unless other arrangements are made.  State
tax is applied to all staffing services.
Chef/Servers                      $25.00 Per Hour

Bar and Beverage Service
Tarpy’s can provide full bar services with charge on
consumption for our wines, liquors, and beverages
or will serve your own wines, liquors, and beverages
with no corkage fee.The full bar set-up cost is $100.00.
Ice and tub service is $.50 per person.

Payment of Party
Tarpy’s goal is to make your life easier.  For your event a deposit is required to
hold and confirm your date.  You may make this payment in the form of a
check or credit card.  The payment for the balance of your event will be arranged
at the time of contract signing.

$50  Big Sur or Santa Cruz

Set-Up/Pick-Up Fee
Available to Ryan Ranch, Tarpy’s immediate area, Monterey, Carmel, Carmel Valley and Mid-
Valley, Pacific Grove, Pebble Beach, Seaside, Sand City, and Salinas.  Fee is 12% of Food
and Beverage Cost PLUS the delivery fee listed in the Delivery Table above.

Set-Up Fee
Available to Watsonville, Castroville, Aptos, Capitola, and Santa Cruz.  Fee is 12% of Food
and Beverage Cost PLUS the delivery fee listed in the Delivery Fee Table above.
