Tarpy's in Monterey is open Monday through Thursday and Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Reservations at Tarpy's can be made through OpenTable or by calling 831.647.1444. Reservations are recommended for dinner, particularly on weekends. The bar and lounge take walk-ins during happy hour.
Our server, Nick, was a MILLION out of 10! He was such an amazing server, I would eat there again even if the food was bad... which it wasn't, it was fabulous! The food, the presentation, the service, the atmosphere was all wonderful. And for those needing gluten free, look no further.
Went with my spouse, a school friend, and a service dog. Called in advance to ensure seating and allowance for a service dog in training (no issues). Everyone was polite, courteous, and attentive. Food was generous and delicious.
A very nice place! We celebrated our 10th anniversary there. Our waitress, Carel G, was very friendly. We ordered New York steak and salmon, which were delicious. We will definitely go back.
