Reservations and Bookings

Reservations made through our site are processed by OpenTable and are subject to OpenTable's terms and any cancellation policy displayed at the time of booking. Private-party, catering, and event-inquiry forms are requests, not confirmed bookings; a member of our team will follow up to confirm details, deposits, and minimums.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are redeemable for food and beverage at Tarpy's Roadhouse. Gift cards have no cash value, are not refundable, and may not be replaced if lost or stolen. Any unused balance remains on the card.

Intellectual Property

All content on the site — including text, photography, logos, graphics, and design — is owned by or licensed to Tarpy's Roadhouse or Coastal Roots Hospitality and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may view and share pages from the site for personal, non-commercial purposes; you may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
